How do you lose weight? i'm varying fasting and lo-cal foods on days with jogging 30-40 minutes 5-7 days a week
What's your worst habit? caving in/ binging(but i'm going to stop that now)
What does "reordered eating" mean to you? to me, reordered eating means changing your selections of eating to fit your current goals and not even considering the demons of your past eating habits

Does anyone have any tips for what to do when your metabolism starts seriously slowing down? I'm eating no more than 500 cal. a day max, and fasting most days but I'm GAINING weight. It sucks. And working out isn't helping. Has anyone tried the 2468 diet? Does it work?

So I was making some green tea this morning, and I ripped the tea bag open by accident. And that got me wondering, could I use the leaves in the tea bag? Like, put them into capsules for home-made green tea pills or something like that? Hmm....

i'm on day 6 of an indefinite fast. i'll take it as far as i can go. i am kind of tired and sluggish but i don't feel like shit, which is what usually happens. i've lost 5.5 lbs. already.
it also kind of helps that there's boy drama/infatuation. and that always acts as a natural appetite suppressant for me.

If anyone has any information to share I'd really love you to comment with it ..... I am wondering what an average reccomended daily calorie intake is... ie: for someone to maintain a 'healthy' weight.... All the websites I've searched say different things or seem like they don't really know what they're on about...

My mouth hurts SO MUCH from these new braces. It's working well for me.
Only eaten a mince&cheese pie (500 cal) under parental pressure today, and I couldn't finish the pastry. Don't expect to eat anything else all day, and it's 6pm now. Awesomeeeee.

i finally hit my goal over the summer. 109. well this mornign i was 108.5. ihope i can keep that up while school is goign on. today was my first day and everyone told me how thin i got. this one girl said i looked 95 lbs. so i got pretty happy. but i thought that after all this i would feel better about my body, but i dont. any advice on to helpyourself feel more confident?

I used to restrict, and exercise. Right now, I'm mostly purging full time, but I'm trying to get back into heavy restriction.
What's your worst habit? Eating candy and roast potatoes.
What does "reordered eating" mean to you? Being in control not only of my weight, but the way I lose it and how fast I do so. Not having to follow anyone else's instruction on how to do it. I want see both my clavicle and hipbones as clear as day, to curl my hand around my upper arm, to have 36cm-round thighs, to fit into my 11 year old sister's clothes, to weigh less than my 14 year old sister, and to have to ask for the smallest size pants in the store. It's not much to ask, really. ^^;

And now...to whine. XD
It's winter here, and I'm so cold at school. It sucks. :/ AND I'm having momentary purging issues for some reason, not to mention I binged HARDCORE on the weekend. I gained 3 pounds. And...it sucks.
In other news, I'm getting braces tomorrow, giving me an excellent excuse to restrict like a crazy. I've also been buying really small size summer clothing, as incentive and something to look foward too.

Currently, 123.
Small-ish goals are nice. And so is the 1-2-3 thing.
I guess I'll stop when I stop feeling like I need to "lose weight"
and start feeling like I just need to "not gain any."
How do you lose weight?
Not eating.
Caffeine pills.
Drinking water.
Dancing like a crazy person.
I love feeling dizzy.
What's your worst habit?
Sometimes if I mess up and eat something bad....
I decide that the whole day's messed up anyways,
so why not just eat a lot and start over again tomorrow?
Sometimes I am an idiot.

It means when my friend accused me of anorexia, I said:
"I don't have an eating disorder,
just some kinda disordered eating habits.
It's working, so fuck off."
And it means when a girl said:
"I lost 30 pounds too....and gained 10 back.
You will gain some back, you know."
I replied with:
"I most certainly will not.
I'm in control of this."

earlier in the summer i posted one of these saying i want to lose 6 lbs by the end... well my goal was 109 well now i weigh myself and its 111. i am so proud of myself. I know its not what i wanted but 2 lbs is easier than 6 to get down. I just dont see it, i wish i could tell. I did it by eating only fruit and cottage cheese and excersizing. :)
